	COMPRESSION SPRINGS	We can coil wire from .004” to .312”. We can also help with smaller as well as larger sizes.

	EXTENSION SPRINGS	.004” to .312” diameter wire sizes.

	TORSON SPRINGS	004” diameter to .125” diameter

	WIRE & FLAT SPRINGS	.010” to .375” wire diameter. .004” to .060” strip material thickness. Maximum progression up to 32 inches

	CONSTANT FORCE & POWER SPRINGS	.002” to .048” strip material in many widths & thickness

	METAL STAMPINGS	Fine precision stampings from .002” to .250” thick. Can manufacture parts up to a 12” stroke, 18” width and bed length up to 96”

	PROGRESSIVE STAMPINGS	Fine precision stampings from .002” to .250 thick. Can manufacture parts up to a 12” stroke, 18” width and bed length up to 96”.

	HIGH SPEED STAMPINGS	Fine precision stampings from .002” to .062” thick. Can manufacture parts up to a 3” stroke, 5” width and bed length up to 28”

	CNC WIRE FORMS	.004” diameter to .375” diameter .002” thick to .060” strip material thickness.

	FOURSLIDE	WIRE FORMS - CLIPS - FLAT SPRINGS - SPECIAL BRACKETS .010” to .375” wire diameter. .004” to .060” strip material thickness. Maximum progression up to 32 inches

	ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS INCLUDING:	BENDING FORMING SHEARING RIVETING NOTCHING DRILLING & TAPPING

Can assemble our components to plastic or metal, and packaged to customer’s specifications.

TOOLING: The Tool Room is equipped with brand new state of the art EDM machines, surface grinders and Mills. This new equipment in conjunction with the existing equipment allows Bazz Houston to produces standardized tooling to customer specification within 3-5 weeks. This turn around time may be reduced further under certain circumstances.
PROTOTYPES: Our Prototype center has a full line of presses, shears and power brake, ready to produce parts for each individual customer. Prototypes & Short run production orders can be completed within 2 weeks.
ENGINEERING SUPPORT: From original concept to finished product, Bazz Houston's highly qualified in house engineering staff can offer assistance utilizing the latest 2D and 3D design software. Data transfer capabilities of virtually any file type, including DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP and PRT.
